We provided electrical engineering services to renovate a church originally built in 1893 into apartments. The building required certain design elements to remain and be reused. Some decorative lights were rewired, relamped, repaired, cleaned and polished.

We provided electrical engineering services to combine three parcels in the East Liberty neighborhood of Pittsburgh, PA. The project included a new underground electrical service and building rewire. The building became ready for retail spaces on the ground level and apartments on the upper levels.

We designed the electrical and fire alarm systems for a renovation and addition to a Moe’s Southwest Grill. Located in the historic Market Square of Pittsburgh, PA, the constrained downtown area provided us with many hurdles for a restaurant. The restaurant features an additional side entrance and serving area for express mobile pickup.

We provided electrical and fire alarm design services for the renovation and expansion of an Art Nouveau style Italian restaurant. The restaurant expanded into a former movie theater in the Allentown neighborhood of Pittsburgh, PA. The decorative LED lights highlight sculptures and art throughout the restaurant.
